While it's not particularly sexy to study up or plan out having sex it's always worth while to get some new hints and inspiration on how to please your partner, and believe me they'll thank you for it!

So let's start with one of the most loving and intimate, which is a variant of the Kama Sutra's 'Lotus' position. Here, the Man sits either cross legged or with his legs straight, while the Woman essentially 'sits' on his penis, wrapping her legs around her partner's back. If you get tired then the man can simply lie down and the woman take her legs out from behind his back and you are automatically with the 'woman on top'. This position allows both parties to see, kiss and talk to each other while they make love and it also provides the opportunity for deep penetration and cuddling. Another incredibly intimate position is 'Spooning' where the woman and man lie facing the same way, with penetration coming from behind. Not only does this mean that neither partner is likely to get tired out too easily but the woman can look over her shoulder for a kiss while the Man has direct access to the breasts and clitoris. In fact, a lot of sexual positions provide the opportunity for the 'reach-around'. Who can complain? If you want to change position quickly simply rotate 90º so that the woman is either lying on top or on her front (this provides an opportunity for incredibly deep penetration and G-Spot stimulation if the woman arches her back).
If he is particularly well endowed then Doggy Style can sometimes be a bit painful. A popular variation is for both partners to kneel up with the Man doing the same behind. If you are to try this however then it's particularly useful for the Woman to steady herself on a wall or against the bed-head, which also provides some resistance.
A position which is particularly beneficial for the Man is for him to stand up and penetrate the Woman who is lying on her back on the edge of the bed. The angle at which the woman's hips lie in this position means penetration is deep and satisfying.
Sex is something that couples enjoy together which means that there are no limits to the positions that you can experiment with. Something as little as lifting a leg or adjusting the angle can bring you to new levels of pleasure so don't hold back and stick with the norm!
